Cozy Downtown Loft with Balcony

Noisy Construction Site. Avoid. Positive: Location was in a very good area. Apt was very clean. Negative: The entire floor smelled like weed, which isn't the worst thing, however once you turn on the air conditioner in the room, it brings the smell of weed inside the apt. Not a total deal breaker... However, the entire hallway outside the apt was under construction which began with loud banging promptly at 8:15AM. This went on basically non-stop until I walked out at 930. Was hoping to sleep in after driving 600 miles of the 3rd leg of my cross country road trip. No such luck. When I contacted the property owner to address the concerns, he said he would've moved me into a different unit. First of all, I had no I idea he had other units. Secondly, the weed smell entered the room after midnight, so its unrealistic to expect anyone to reply to a complaint in the middle of the night. The construction noise started at 815am, by that time it would be pointless moving me into a different unit. He obviously knew this construction was taking place so he should've had me stay in a different unit from the start. Having a room for rent in a situation like this is completely ridiculous & bordering on fraud. I will be asking my credit card company to recoup my money from Booking since the property owner is claiming no wrong doing.

Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed stay that I’d happily book again. Positive: The room was a great value for the price, offering a clean and minimal space that felt both comfortable and safe during my stay. While there is a fee for parking, I didn’t mind paying it for just one night. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which made the experience even smoother. The property owner was very communicative and easy to reach, which I appreciated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Negative: One thing to note is that there was some construction happening in the area next to the property. It wasn’t much of a bother during our stay, as the work didn’t start until later in the morning and wrapped up by early afternoon. Still, it’s worth mentioning for anyone who might be sensitive to noise or planning to spend a lot of time in the room during those hours.

Positive: Room wasn’t ready at checkin time but it didn’t take long to get in the room after 3. The property accommodated my daughter for the issue so I was happy. Negative: Very nice room and in good location downtown

Nice option for a few nights, Everythig you need, reasonable price Positive: small Kitchen was helpful Negative: no secure parking garage. Meter and pay parking OK
